On Tuesday evening I was too tired to focus on making a project, but I still had to prepare something for lunch. I went through my patterns and found an easy skirt, then went through my stash of fabrics for something with enough yardage. So I will soon be making a strawberry skirt. For lunch I cut up and steamed a huge butternut squash that I bought at the farmers market last Sunday. This is going into our lunch burritos: seitan, black beans, & squash!
