I didn’t wake up with any plan of what to make today. At some point late in the day I decided that my thing-a-day should be something to commemorate Alexander McQueen, who died today. If you don’t know him, he made fantastic and beautiful clothing. Truly spectacular clothing.
So I took what I had around the house, fashion magazines and a template, and made envelopes out of photos of his clothing. A small gesture, but a gesture nonetheless. “People think these clothes are extreme because not many people can wear them, but fashion doesn’t have any boundaries.” Alexander McQueenSuggested listening:
