More baked goods today. I don’t bake constantly, but this week I’m making gift cookies for my faraway California cousin. This is another recipe from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar, and I highly recommend them. The dried cherries are really delicious! Plus making them was very easy…after mixing you just plop spoonfuls of dough on your cookie sheet and bake. Voila!
