thing-a-day 2010: Day 2, Ribbon Bracelet

I bought this cute ribbon from ReproDepot Fabrics over a year ago with the intention of making a bracelet out of it. There is a 1″ strip of elastic sewn onto the ribbon so I can stretch it over my hand. Using elastic was my original idea, but I don’t love it, so I may try to make another ribbon bracelet using some other method later this month.
 
The ribbon says ” Comment allez vous? Je vais bien. Je suis heureux de vous voir.” (How are you? I am good. I am happy to see you.)
